I was told I should give up on art and I would never be a good artist because of my color blindness.
It’s a kind of color blindness which affects about 4% of people. Red, yellow,green, and brown all look the same or similar. Blues, purple, pinks, and grays also appear the same or similar.
I have to keep the colors separate, but sometimes I will grab the wrong one and I have to make it work or start the drawing again.
Right now I am applying academic drawing and painting techniques to elevate my crayon kink art.
